Lecavalier scored twice for the Lightning, while Clowe and Grabner, who has goals in three straight games, dented the net for the Stallions. Price, who recorded 32 saves, and Thomas, who stopped 28 pucks, were both solid in the nets.

Newfoundland 2, at London 2

Staal’s first period goal put the Fog on top. Second period tallies by Selanne and Boyle turned the tables.  Vanek’s third period score knotted the game at two. Bryzgalov (35 saves) and Lundqvist (32 saves) were both spectacular in earning their teams one point apiece.

Deuces were wild indeed.
